 Our Tube Draw Machine is designed to meet the diverse needs of the industry. With a powerful 50HP motor, it is capable of processing various materials such as brass, aluminium, steel, and alloy tubes and bars. The applicable sizes range from Ø75-50mm to Ø50-35mm, offering flexibility in production.

The machine features a seesaw-type drawbench with a chain-driven carriage, ensuring precise and accurate pulling of rolled or extruded tubes. Cold drawing at room temperature provides precise dimensions, improved surface quality, and enhanced material properties such as hardness, yield strength, and tensile strength.

Equipped with a tube pushing machine and PLC, it optimizes the mandrel insertion and collection process, reducing working time. The machine allows for multiple passes of cold drawing, enabling the transformation of round materials into various shapes required for industrial applications.
